Drilling swing arm bolt

Wondering if anyone else has done this seems to be a better way than cutting it out. I have heard a 5/8 bit does the trick can anyone verify this before I try this or at least tell me the diameter of the bolt so i know im using the right size drill bit.

Yep 5/8 bit works good. This is how I got mine out. Use lots of oil.
