how the **** do i get out a stripped screw, i was tryin to take my carb off and where the boot from the engine slips over the carp that screw is stripped bad. please help

Get a Dremel tool or a small hacksaw blade and cut a slot all the way across the head of the screw being careful not to saw too deep. Saw just enough to get a standard screwdriver in there. The same thing happened to me and I just yanked the carb boot off of the head so I could get to the screw. I had to pull pretty hard but it did come off. If the rubber is not old or cracked you may be able to do the same thing. Good luck!

Bornon Fire has got it right....

On my "R" the same thing happened to the same screw.. well the screw that holds the boot from the engine to the carb... All I did was take a BIG gulp off my beer and get a good grip and pull while moving it side to side...

Get some beer it helps... lol J/k
