Was wondering if anyone has used both. Do the long travel set ups work that much better than regular 16" shocks? Thanks for any info

i didn't know 400's came with 16 inches of travel lol .. 16 inches would be long travel

16 is the length of the shock and 19 inch is the length of a long travel shock

Yeah the 19 inch Shocks are the real long travel Shocks.
