I am looking to buy a kidney/back belt and am looking to find out what other people like or what I should stay away from. (I'm sorry I didnt know where else to post this)

I just got a new Fox Racing Black Belt. I really like it alot. Helps a ton.

It is a wide belt that you wear just above waist. It helps kidney pain if you do a lot of jumping, or rough terrain riding. If you've never rode with one, you don't know what you are missing.

I just got the new shift one and it's more comfortable than last years version. Yeah if you ever raced or ride rocky terrain you'll find out that you can't live without one once you've worn one.

yeah, I agree, 34 yrs old and will not ride without one.

At first It just feels tight and restricting and scratchy...

but keep wearing it...

The first time you load up and go somewhere, unload everything, start to get dressed, but forget to bring it with you...

that night and the next morning is when you really miss it. :(

I've had several, and about every third or fourth year, they make them a little gooder.:p
