1960 Chevy Corvair... not much muscle.. but hell its a classic. A buddy and i got it free, cuz its my buddies' dads lol. He drove it back in the 70's. Sat in a barn for 26 years. anybody know of any classic car parts websites?? i looked on summit racing and they had a few things.

Scrap metal prices are very high right now. My advice is find the nearest junkyard LOL;)

a corvair will be tough to find parts for and what u do find will be really expensive unless u find parts cars (i.e. one with a good front end, or good body panels etc.) Either way you'll prolly have to do a lot of fabricating and hammering out things from scratch and yes scrap metal prices are high, but still a lot cheaper than the alternative

o and lets see some pics of the car

i dunno if year one will have corvair parts.. try ebay.. swap meets.. buy a parts car.. best thing you can do is buy a parts car.. try maybe original parts group.. maybe look for some corvair forums
