Where can I get a completely new seat. I would just buy the cover but I would like new foam and everything. Is there any way to get that ugly curl out of the seat where it meets up with the gas tank.

Your best bet is ebay right now sport-atv-salvage has a brand new 89 seat for $175, usually they are around $300 new.
