Another Rekluse user just got chit on.

I never found it that hard to pull in the lever myself.

I have the rekluse in our TRX450r and have had the disks break about 3 times. It is always the rear disk and the next one the breaks.

I race the TRX and after every race and evey day of riding I tear it apart now and readjust it. I also rotate the fiber disks. Bottom one to the top and slide the rest down. I have not had ny problems since I have been doing this. Good luck!

I can see that your dog is looking pretty ambitious. The exercise won't do it any harm either.:o

Actually i have been using this rekluse for a year now and this is the first major problem i have had, other then a little chattering. These are also the stock plates from 2004, so i guess something was bound to go wrong soon.
It really does suck though, hubbys on afternoon shift, so i have no transportation.:(

and the dogs not really fat, the camera puts on an extra 10 pounds:p

When you get a new plate just get it treated with something to make it stronger... Cryo or heat treat it or something...

I wouldn't actually call a rebuild my worst nightmare.

you could always ride your dog around the track:D or maybe you could get a new quad, then try to return it to walmart. they might do it...
