Hey all,

Im having issues with my 89 machie when its cold at anything more than like 1/4 throttle it misses horably but once its fully warmed up it runs great. Anyone else get this issue? do I need a warmer plug or something? its also got a miss during the transision from the low end to the powerband if your just crusing through the rpm. it clears up but its still there. once its warm if i pin it it runs perfect through the whole range. I was guessing this is normal. but dono.

I have fmf sst pipe and fmf silencer 2nd position on the needle 158 main rest stock

any suggestions would be a great help

thanks

try lowering needle clip 1 position and let the damn thing warm up before riding it lol

um, i dunno but to me it seems a little obvious that you should warm it up real well then if it runs well when it is warm... besides that, you should always warm up a 2 stroke before you go get on it... ever heard of a cold seizure? if it runs fine when its warm, i wouldnt touch a thing... just warm it up real well...

hey i guess i should have put how long it takes like 5-10 min riding above idle before it runs good... kinda causes trouble at my mx when it runs like crap going for a holeshot.

thanks
