i was wondering how and what everyone uses to cut the front fenders on a 400 ex i know of many ways i could do it but i want to know what works best and is the easiest thanks

Jig saw or a bare hacksaw blade. Wrap one end with duct tape so you can hold on easily.

Dremel. Cuts it & sands it down.

Use a drehmel,cuts smooth and easy..Also comes with a buffer to smooth out all the edges when your done...

I had good luck using a jig saw....so far I did 3 sets of fenders, all with great outcomes :D

this is how my race cuts looked, i went back to full fenders though.
