I was fixing to buy a carb for my 440ex and I was wondering if I should get the 39fcr or the 41fcr carb for it.

It's a good question. When it comes to carbs, bigger isn't always better. A 41 FCR seems like an awefully big carb for the displacement and fueling demands of a 440EX. I don't have any real evidence either way though...[shrug]...so I'll wait to hear from those with experience.

Im running a sparks Racing 39FCR and it feeds my stroker fine. LOVE IT!!!

I would recommend the 39mm fcr unless you are dragracing and have over 440 displacement.

my 440 LOVES the 39mm - I don't think a bigger one (41) could do any better at all
