polishing bumper?

how do you polish a grab bar or a bumper. wanted todo it but dont no how. Thanks in advance.

The easiest way is just to get alluminum polish, it give sit an ok shine and is the cheapest. TO get the ultimate shine you will need to get 2 or 3 buffing compounds and a buffer. This will take hours of work and is more expensive, but it is well worth it.
