what its worth?

i am thinking of selling my '89 250r i was wandering if you all would kinda give me a price range of what to ask for it...thanks alot, hunter (mods in sig.)the shocks that will come with the 250r are some dual rates.......not pictured on the 250r here everything is BRAND NEW (cylinder head crank cluthes EVERYTHING....bout 2 grand in this motor and it is on 1st bore...like .20 over i think

I'd say about $3500. I know it seems low but the price of the 250R has depreciated with the all the 4 strokes coming out.

yeah always start high then u can let peeple haggle u an they will think they are getting a good deal... 3000 for that is too low i think.

It's hard to tell without getting close detail shots of the frame and other parts, but since it's an '89 you should be able to get well over $3k for it. Same parts on an 86/87, I'd say $3k but not for an '89....short of a powervalve, there wasn't much else Honda could have improved on the 89 (and partially the 88) over the 86/87.

Yes it depends where you are at.

But a lot of people are looking for 250r's, and yours is race ready. If you find someone they prolly wouldn't mind payin a heavty ransom for it. Or wutever Doctor Evil says. LoL.
