keihin pwk choke problems

i got a keihin pwk carb that im puttin on my ex i pretty much got it for free inless i stick with then i owe a friend 50 bucks. well its got no choke i got it all hooked up i need to find a way to plug the choke off cause when ever i try to start it sucks air in and revs up on its own. anyone know of anyway i can block it off so i can just run it for a while see how it does?

Isn't the PWK series for 2 strokes? Not saying that it couldn't be made to run, but it's MUCH easier starting with a 4 stroke specific carb.
