I recently was doing a donut on my quad and it gripped and I flipped it. I almost caught it but the fall barely cracked my fender by the ignition (key). Is there any way you make it less noticeable. Maybe pull the fenders and use a solder gun with a plastic tip and kinda plastic weld it back? Thats the only thing i could think of.

Ya you can solder it, I did it to my fenders looks fine where I didn't burn the plastic... just make sure you use a small one that doesnt get too hot.

I did this to my fender, but it sucks now because now I have a bunch of holes in my fender, that I need to fill in since melting it back together worked so good... and took only a little more time.

I herd that you could use lego pieces to melt because the red and yellow i the same a honda's red and yellow. So you could try that.
