Solid A-arms Bushings

Has anyone ever replaced stock 400ex a-arm bushings with solid aluminum bushings. If so how did you make them or were did you buy them?

Also has anyone used and had luck with HELM bushings or TOUGH BUSHINGS FROM SUPER DAVES

I have replaced some on a 250x with solid nylon bushings that I made, identical to the Pivot works bushings you can buy. They worked great
