for the back of my truck, and my question is...

WHAT WIRE DO I SPLICE INTO on my taillight?? Because I dont want it to blink when I put my turn signal on! Here is a picture of the assembly...

Get a multi meter or even a test light and unplug the conector. Put your turn signal on and test which wire is the turn sinal one( the meter will read some thing or the light will come on. Make sure you do not have the brakes or lights on when you do this.

get a wire crimp and put it on the "tail" wire using a needle style test light with the aux. taillights turned on don't cut the wire though. make sure you seal it up real good, and make sure it get's good ground, you don't want to be blowing fuses.

Like this... I don't know the exact term for the wire crimp..
like an inline tap for another wire

BTW, BRAKE and turn signal (unless the tail assy contains a seperate bulb for turn signal) will be the same wire.

but you're after TAIL (idle lights)

Turn signal is a green wire with a yellow or other color line thru it.

Black is your negative, brown is your positive.

Whatever the extra wire is will be your brake lights.
