Want to trade my +2 Roll Design steering stem

I have a chrome +2 anti vibe Roll Design steering stem for a 400EX that I would like to trade for a OEM sized anti vibe stem. I don't really care if its chrome or not.

I have a Burgard stem it is Red PC, I am pretty sure that it is stock height, but could you please measure your stem (look at the pic that I posted to see where). And is it for 1 1/8 bars? Thanks.
