chain adjuster breaking

Has anyone had problems with chain adjusters breaking on a 05 z. I brook two of them in the last three races.

My chain adjuster bolt broke once when my stock chain was maxed/stretched out , i had it and all the housing bolts replaced and new chain. The damn thing broke again at the OMA Decatur Race on about my 3rd lap after working my way up to about 5th in my class. Bummed out about that. This time it broke off inside the carrier, and got to get it machined out. I hate this pos , but I love the quad , good for woods racing, just wish i could afford a good swingarm.

My chain adjuster broke on my 03 inside my axle carrier. Had to take it to a machine shop to fix it.

maybe try replacing your housing ..
