I just fried my clutch in my 04. What clutch disks do you guys recommend and should I get a clutch basket. I race XC and just want to update and make my quad more responsive.

Honda plates are as good as they get - so stick to them

Basket - check the clutch cushions to make sure they are not warn (to do this take the basket out, hold the gear in one hand and the basket in the other and see if there is any movement when you turn them against each other)

If the cushions have gone you may also have 'marked' the inner hub - in which has it would have to been changed also.

If the basket and inner hub are OK, I would stick to what you have, changing the basket will not do anything for the performance of you bike - hinsen baskets etc are just build better and therefore more reliable.

Well I just replaced my clutch disks a couple of months ago and the clutch is gone all ready. I not sure what you mean by movement in the basket and gear.
