If you SEARCH, there have been tons of threads on this lately.

everyone will say what they run.
I run Rotella T, others run Amsoil, Honda GN4, silkolene, Belray, Golden spectro, Ect. So many oils and everyone has their own opinion about them and why they are better, most with no proof. I run Rotella because it is one of the better oils, ( no hard proof, but went to an independent oil test and rotella came out on top in all test) I know Rico runs amsoil and is a dealer for them, contact him for more info. it is pretty much siply opinion on oil, no proof that one is better than the other.
