I read in a mag on how to set up my cbr900rr ther was a formula and somthing with cable ties I was wondering is ther the same 4 my 05 trx 450r or atleast to get me in the ballpark as to setting up my stock suspetion my weight 200lbs that has a lot to do with it i know but not sure whatelse thank you you guys a a lot of help providing i give enought info:D

Setting up a crotch rocket and a quad are two TOTALLY different areas. To set up your shocks on a quad, you just need to ride it to see what needs to be done. If the suspension is too stiff, back off the compression knob, if it is too soft, turn up the compression knob. As for rebound, the faster you go, the more rebound you want, so if you are just casual riding, you can have slow rebound, but if you are aggressive trail riding or mxing, than you want faster rebound.
