finally got to hit the ramp again after 2 weeks of nothin but rain...only got to ride for about an hour though

It's like high jump for quads. It's called step up. You clear a certain height and keep raising it until some hits the bar. They have it at the X games.

you guys catch some crazy air, I'm pretty new to the sport and a little gun-shy hittin the ramps that launch u like that, I hit the little launch ramps like nothing. I know my quad (trx450r) can hit that spot in sky like some of you do. Does anybody have any advice for those first few skyward adventures.

just push urself... but know ur limitations.... wear some protective clothing i.e. helmet of coarse, chest portector and any other equipment u feel necessary

dont push yourself to much. Start small and just work your way up to farther and bigger gaps. You might have to push yourself a little bit...but dont overdue it and get hurt

no push ur self just like spanky101 said but no your LIMITATIONS if u dont push ur self how are u gonna learn to jump u dont if u dont push urself just no ur limitations on what u can and cant do and u will be flying in no time

learn on table tops, so you can judge how to handle your bike in the air/ judge gaps/ control speed. just know your limits and wear some safety gear!:)
