I know Woodward Specialties sells a stainless bolt for 60 on Ebay though.

make one tap out the one side for the grease zerk and the other side for and allen screw

I don't understand how greasing the inside of the swinger bolt helps? Aren't there access holes somewhere so that the grease gets in between the steel sleeves and the bolt? Thats what normally ceases up.

I would think this would weaken the bolt though... anyone?

Thanks. Was a little disheatening to hear about the guy that snapped his.

I think I'll keep putting anit-seize on it when I pull it. Never had a problem getting it out with that fix, and the anti-seize seems to work better than just plain 'ol grease.

sorry forgot to say that you do have to drill holes through it so rease gets through but i would just pull in and use antiseize
