Looking for a good condition frame with minimal rust and a set of nice clean plastics un cut doesnt matter what color.

I've got a frame....It's straight, with a few gussets here and there, black powder coat, but it's kind of rough in some spots. It has a good ohio title as well. $300 Shipped.
