its in good shape... the shinny back part has small, i dont even want to say straches bc they arent even that, but surface marks i guess, has no dents or anything and works fine. i dont have the box or instructions, but i do have the USB cable for it

yeah I got those too it is imposible too keep them from showing up and I keep mine in a case
