PCing blingstar

Hey pappy, I have a bling star bumper thats polished, but I'd like to have it pced stealth black, how much would that run me? Also, it was originally for a raptor, but I have a yfz so the bottom mounts are spread out more for it to fit right now, but if I'm pcing it then I figure I might as well do it the right way so I was wondering if you could reweld them? There are marks already drilled out to show where the mounts should be for a yfz(I'm guessing the use the same bumper for the yfz/raptor, and just weld the bottom mount in diff. spots because the top is the same.) I dont mind paying a little more, just let me know what ya can do, thanks.

I dont think I would want to mess around with the mounts unless the frame and bumper where here etc.
