That is the float valve. It closes when the bowl on the bottom of the carb is full.

The monster quad is pretty cool. That is some loooooong travel suspension. The a-arms must be like +25 or something.

needle valve, attaches to teh float to cut off fuel flow to carb when bowl is full.

thanks with the float valve info it worked

and you would turn around a corner going 1 mph and flip that thing

ya it's real i've seen em. Look up the ATV mud nationals and u'll see em that big or even bigger. I've seen em runnin 38" tractor tires. Top out at like 10 mph but never get bogged in the mud
