Looking to get a +1 steering stem. I only ride the dunes and was wondering if the antivibe feature is more for MX and racing.

Thanks

i ride a little of everything.i got a plus 1 antivibe stem and love it!!that combined with the stabilizer is sweet!!i noticed that when i ran into the back of my buddies raptor that the bars moved forward quite a bit wich lessoned the impact to my hands and arms.i hit a tree hard before i got the stem and reall screwed up my wrists and thumb.i think if i had the antivibe i wouldnt have been hurt as bad.to me it was well worth the money.

A stem and aftermarket bars will give you a more comfortable ride. If you add a stabilizer, the ride will be even better.

I have Renthals on a stock stem. Those aftermarket stems are so friggin expensive too. Looking to go +1 chrome...something like this. Antivibe would be nice but another $100.

home depot sells a spray can called 'Great Stuff'. the stuff dries into like a styrofoam. i put it in my handlebars, and it reduced the vibration a hell of alot.
