How do you get rid of burnouts on asphalt, this kid I know did a black 15ft long burnout on my driveway and this house is rented I flipped the hell out, his brother (my friend) told him the house was rented and not to do it and I'm so close to beating the living hell out of his brother... and my dad is PISSED.

Help :(

does a pressure washer work you might want to try it

I called a friend about one and I will try it asap because we cant afford to get kicked out of this house..

Is there an acid I can purchase?

ashphalt and rubber are petroleum based products, the method paving companies clean their tools is diesel fuel, try that.

rain and time take care of the little squeekers i leave at school, so hopefully the pressurewasher will work.

i don't know about acid/chemicals. anything that'll dissolve the rubber will probably eat the asphalt.

that would piss me off so much

dude, the kid that did it would have a black eye, and would have to tell me dad he did it lmao, that kid has balls to do that on someone elses property

Kick him in the head.

It will wear of in time but try pressure washing it. I am not sure if any acid products would work. That really sucks I would be pissed if I was you. This would probably be expensive, but maybe you could re-surface the driveway? It would cover it up so you wouldnt get kicked out.

Well since i was jsut cleaning out my potato gun and it was real nasty id suggest rubbing shoes on it or wut would work WAYYYYYYYYY better is get some acetone or acietone ( not sure how spell but pronounced ***-a-tone ) or M.E.K my dad said he used that stuff when workin on jets in navy and it stands for Methyol Ethyol Ketone jsut what i would try cause i do it with my quad a lot

Also acetone and mek evaporate ULTRA FAST so dont let it sit there or nutin will happen jsut put some on a rag or some like that and scrubb on it should clean it or if you use M.E.K will like melt the rubber fof the pavement lol...well it should i highly reccmend trying acetone then M.E.K.
also they got some nasty fumes so .... well yea

I use a pressure washer, brakecleaner, acetone or M.E.K at work to take rubber off the concrete hanger floors. It takes some elbow grease to do it, but it'll do it.

If you use M.E.K. please wear gloves that stuff is about as bad for you as stuff can get. it'll eat a plastic cup in about 10-15 sec. cleans like a SOB though.

hope this helps.

i'd get a small blow torch and heat it up a little and brush it off.... rubber melts and burns... while you got the torch out cinge the kids eye brows off, well heck why stop there cinge all the hair he gots off......

Mxjunkie

It's a long driveway and I dont think he wants it seal coated and it would cost an arm and a leg to get it repaved..

so those are out of the question..

Im tellin ya man Acetone or M.E.K. should melt the crap right off and its good for al lot of other stuff also we got tons of acetone and M.E.K. .......itd be like 4th of july if our garage caught fire lol....... i guess that would be more bad then funny eh? :ermm:

Just do burn outs on the rest of the drive way so its even and smooth and call it a day. If that doesnt work, your ****ed. lol

dude this sounds absolutely ridiculous but it worked for me once. my buddy was jacking around on my 300ex when my dad wasnt home and if he would have came home he woulda killed me if he knew i had it out, so no thinking a grabbed a squege (sp) and starting rubbing on it and it came up! haha try it

RUBBER GLOVES, ACETONE, AND A SCOTCHBRITE PAD its a lethal combination. I did a burn out my drive way and it was so bad that it actually wore away 2 spots in the concrete i used acetone and all that was left was two little indentations.
