jetting question

i bought a full system hmf pipe for my 2000 400ex and i was wondering what ize jetting i should go to. As of right now i have stock jetting. I haven't done anything to the engine and dont plan to. I have a k&n air filter as well as a uni filter, so what should i go to for a jetting ize, i've herd around a 152 or so,
any help would be great
