I'm looking at a swingarm from Burgard Cycle, but i've heard that they have really bad service. One person said it took him almost a month just to get A-arms from them. I've also heard that they never answer the phone and I know from personal experience that they don't reply to E-Mail. On the flip side everyone who has gotten their products says that they are awesome and really well made. If anyone has ordered stuff from them and gotten good service could you let me know?

Just don't order directly from Burgard. Order from one of your dealers and you will get much better customer service.

I believe C&D is a dealer for them.

Do you have a number or web site to get a hold of them?

i would go thru c&d, cuz i once needee ball joints for my old burgard arms, and i called him 5 times and left 3 messages and he never returned my calls, so i had to go elsewhere to get the joints. They do have nice stuff though, and i would buy his products again, i just wouldn't expect any customer service
