Looks a lot better than it used to. I like it a lot. IMO, you are DEF! going to need to get those shocks revalved. Especially for MX, mine are ZPS and they dont sit anywhere near that low. Do those measure correct from eye to eye? I think it should be like 16.5 inches or something like that (I can't remember off the top of my head)

i may be wrong but i think there not the right length of shocks for them a-arms. Janseen make LONG travel a-arms and i mean LONG lol.

well if you need diff shocks and these are okay for stock travel and you decides to sell em let me know lol. nice bike.

they are the right length, its just they compress so much on there. The janssen long travel uses a 20.5 shock, i have the standard travel though. they do need to be re-valved though, i know that, where would you say that i get them re-valved from? I called baldwin and they wanted like 800 to do it!

800?! You can get brand new ones for that much!:huh

thats what i thought!

even if the shocks did need a revalve, they wouldnt make the front end sit like that. the tension of the springs would hold it up higher than that. looks to me your shocks are just to short. your a-arms are almost parallel! that has "broken balljoints" written all over it. I thought you were going to use the bike for flattrack racing too when i saw it. There is no way baldwin wants 800 to do a revalve. thats just rediculous. There might have been a miscommunication between you guys somewhere. Nice lookin bike anyway, love yellow and blue!

the shocks measure right, so i dunno, but i called twice and that is what baldwin told me, 400 for the fronts, and 400 for the rear

problem solved with the shocks, i changed the ride height and now they are fine

There must have been some sort of miscommunication between you and Baldwins. I paid $600 for a revalve/ respring of all 3 of my shocks. Since yours probablly don't need resprung, it shouldnt cost more than 300 or 400.

hey if you need your shocks revalved still call Stephen Propson, he is out of Lomira Wisconsin, just south of Fondulac. he does very good work and his rates are unbeatable. i think 35-40 a shocks for revalve, but if you need new springs too it will be more. i'll pm you his # if you need.

i didn't know propson does revalving!? if i would have known that i would have gone to him right away!
