All right heres the problem. I got a brand new rear fender and it just doesn't seem to fit right. The seat will not fit snug against the fender. Whats wrong?

I still need the pic from underneath because I can't tell how the brackets mount on.

Please help.

What brand are the fenders

HONDA. It seems like I'm getting it but maybe its just that the plastics need to form themselves to the seat.

Oh god, those look horrible!! No offense.

Wow, its way off! I doubt that they could "form" to the seat..

I really dont know though, it seems almost like they are defective??? :eek2:

I may have found the problem. (I'm hoping)
The little round rubber stopper - #1, well I put them on the top of the fender, by the pics it looks like they should be underneith.

I'll check tomorrow, thanks for you replies.

JOEX, thanks for the pic. Your missing the little rubber spacer and I'm missing one of the larger rectangle ones.

Thanks to everyone else too.

I'm thinking because the plastic is brand new that maybe I just need to hold it in place and tighten down the bracket.

I'll let you all know.

400EXtreme,,, Good question,, NO.. I didn't cut that plastic piece off. I was looking at the above pic and said to myself -
"Self, you should have cut that piece off"

LOL

I'm gonna do that tonight. I'm hoping the rubber stopper I'm missing wont be a problem. Its one of the larger rectangular ones.
Oh well thanks again for all your help.
