There are some amazing country songs out there but those "pop" songs you guys are listing sure aren't apart of it.

Yep exactly. Every time I turn on the radio its always a song about jesus taking the wheel, or some muff singing about how his girlfriend broke up with him.

Country is pretty good. I like Classic rock better, but I have a few country stations on preset. Last spring/summer was great for country, they had a lot of great songs. This past fall, and so far this year, I haven't really heard anything that great.

I used to love country and have gone to Jamboree in the Hills since 2000 but hate it now. The new stuff is WAY overplayed and just sucks. Its like pop now and they play the same 10-15 songs on the radio at least 10 times a day. The only country I listen to know is David Allen Coe, Merle, Waylon, Hank Jr., Charlie Daniels and Montgomery Gentry. Plus I hate how they make Toby Keith sound like he is Gods gift to country...his music sucks.
