This is my buddies rail, I've ridden in it and it's awsome!
He built it for his family with no intensions of selling it so it's built right.
Nothing he put on this rail is for recreational use, everything is for offroad racing. He never raced it but he wanted it reliable and safe for his family.
He doesn't have pictures yet because he doesn't want to take it out of the garage in the rain
Here's a small list that he gave me over the phone, you can call him to get more details. I've known him for a long time and he's an honest guy.
He has over $40,000 in reciepts just for parts and "countless" hours in labor.
Rail was built in or around 2002.
5 seater with PRP seats, 5 point harnesses in front and 3 point in back.
All liquid filled gauges with consol
Turning brakes with front to rear limiter
4 wheel, 4 piston disk brakes
Titanium axles
930 port/polish lowbro c.v's
Dane brown 6" over rear trailing arms
Offroad desert 2 1/2" spindles
King Compotition coilover shocks on all 4 corners
Piggy back rebound with rezzies also on rear (dual rears)
Wheels are beadlocked inside and out on all 4
Fronts have custom, one off, razor backs
4.3 liter V6, hawthorn cumputer and proffesionaly built custom headers
Griffin aluminum radiator
Weddle engineering sand trans ($6k)
It has custom sheetmetal with custom paint.
I'm getting tired of typing so I'll end saying that this thing is seriously nice and it couldn't be better taken care of. I've rode in it and coos bay and it is the smoothest ride I've ever had. Like I said, he built it to keep.
