Anyone use AMZOIL in their KFX/LTZ/DVX? Just wondering if it is good to switch over to it or just stay with the regular Suzuki 10W40.

i use it but i mean i herd it was a good oil but it sucked 40$ for an oil change and i did it my self so if u want to spend the money go for it

Amsoil? Yeah I run it. $7 A QT X 3 for my larger oil tank = $21 plus $6 for a K&N oil filter. Thats $27. Maxima, Klotz, Motul, Castrol & alot of other brands make good oil also. A good option is to run a quality oil & filter, & change it frequently. If I were to run a oem oil it would be Honda oil, since they do test & work with other chemical companies to produce good products wether its coolant, oil etc..

Could you just switch over to the AMZOIL after using Suzuki oil? I heard its not good to switch.

I run amsoil formula 4-stroke 0w40

supposedly ams is the only oil that u can get synthetic and still be clutch safe. after breakin the engine in alittle more i plan on switching to amsoil.
