i was wondering if my clutch basket is worn if when i go down a hill and pull my clutch in it keeps at the same speed and rpms as when the clutch was out........ it stops after like 3 seconds tho

best way to tell is to pull it apart. check for grooves in the basket. If it sticks, nuetral is hard to find, doesnt fully disengage, or any of many symptoms, it may be worn.

what about if u are shifting from first to second and it goes into nuetral alot. whats that mean besides i need new boots?

when the clutch is wicked hard to pull in, that usually means the basket is worn otherwise I would say u just need new clutch plates and fibers.
