Mothers Aluminium Polish is what i use i think its like 6 bucks for a decent sized can in any local AutoZone or Oriellys rub it on let it set for a while then whipe it off it shines em up really well but you may have to do it twice.

Some WD-40 on a rag polishes up real nice, and it will help with caked on mud and make cleaning easier.

Stock wheels have a finish over them almost like a clear coat, it wont polish up unless you remove it.

Buy a can of "Neverdull". You have to really polish it off with a clean rag but its well worth it. Nothing will get your rims to shine better. Use a white cotton rag. When your rag starts turning black you switch to a clean section. Like I said its a little more labor intensive but the stuff is the real deal.

Try M*A*A*S. You could get it at Walmart in the housecleaning section. It works pretty good!

There is this stuff and I don't know what it is called but I will describe the package.

It is in a blue package with sort of holographic decals. Very shiny blue.

Anyway, it is really, really strong. It will probably eat the coat off the wheels, and it polishes to a chrome look with hardly any effort.
