okay i turn on the key and put the quad in nuetral and it blows the fuse. if i un hook the nuetral safety switch in the case it doesnt blow the fuse what do you think it is please help

I'm not quite sure if this has anything to do with it... but what size fuse are you using:confused:

15 amp like its supposed to have

if i were you i would trace the power wire from the neutral light. i would think that is the only thing possible.

Yep...sounds like you definitely have a short
