400ex jetting??? sorry for all the questions asked

ok my buddy has a 2002 honda400ex it has hottcams stage 1 cams and procircuit slip on i live 30 min from philly n like 40 min from ATCO so i dont know exACTLY wat the elevation is so is there any one who knows what the jetting should be??? thanks

Theres alot of different variables including each bike is different, I would do as much reading up on the topic as you can, with a full exhaust, k&n and rev box i was at a 146DYNOJET (dynojet sizes are different then Kehien) now with a high comp piston, stage I hotcam and 416 bore i'm at a 170 now it's a bit rich but it runs great. so probably you would be somewhere in the middle.

i would try a 160 first and adjust from that.

Well I live near you and run a 170 main but i have a filter and no airbox lid along with a full exhaust but the 160 sounds pretty close. Just tell your bud to by the power up kit. It comes with a k&n air filter an outter wears and a jet kit. there are instructions on how to jet for different mods and will get you real close to where ya need to be.
