How do the cycra's mount? Take paypal?

They have brackets (you can sort of see them in the picture) that mount around your bars. They sort of mount up like the Powermadd's.

Here is a link that shows a better picture of the bracket, this set did not come with the black plastic spacer deal that is pictured.
