all you need is an 8" wheel, what kind you get is totally up to you.

does it matter how wide or is there neother sizes

tire size 18-11-8 means 18" tall, 11" wide, and 8" inner diameter. the inner diameter is your wheel size. that is the only one that has to match the rim. as long as you get an 8" rim, the tire will fit...look around and see what is out there...
