when i go to remove the oil fill cap on the trans side its releases pressure, any idea on what could be causing this? I dont think their is suppsoed to be any pressure in it.

Make sure your vent hoses are not connected to any of the carbuerator bosses. Your vents should be routed to that plastic cover under the fuel tank. There should be one vent hose placed there, and another running into the airbox. I bet that is why it is pressurizing.

I'm not sure what year your bike is but on my 2006 Rossier Engineering actually told me to drill out the crank case tee so pressure didn't build up. If you yank the plastic and tank you will see the plastic tee where three lines come together. If you look inside the tee it necks down on one side and apprently is a little restrictive. I drilled it out. But I just got my bike so I really don't know if it makes a difference or not. So take if for face value. And I don't know what year your bike is...the '04 and '05 might be different...good luck.
