AC Pro pegs Q

I am goin to buy a set of pro pegs and I have them on my R and I noticed on a 400 they have the heel guards. Now I don't like heel guards so I was wondering if they would mount onto a set of stock pegs? My friend wants metal heel guards on his 400 but he doesn't like nerfs. He wants kinda like what the raptors have but we can't find any for a 400.

I would think with a little bending and pushing (required moves for installation of all AC Racing parts), the aluminum heal guards would work on the stock pegs. When installing them on with the AC Pro Pegs, you have to drill the holes anyway. Just drill the holes into the stock pegs and bolt them up to the stock pegs.
