My brother is at college right now and he wanted me to jet his quad for him. so i need some helo please. It's 04 450r with a curtis sparks full exhaust and air filter. hes running it with no lid on the airbox. thanx for your help.

get the hrc jet kit . air screew 2.5 out

sparks has a nice kit as well. h r c needle in it.and a good selection of jets

Here is my jetting for my '05 with Sparks exhaust...
#52 pilot
HRC needle middle position
190 main

I also have the HRC kit, 13:1 piston, and am at 700' elevation.
