SwingArm Bolt Nightmare

I managed to get my swingarm off my cutting through the bolt spacer and pivot bolt. But now I cannot get the part of the bolt that goes through the engine block, which had broken off in there, and is rust welded to the end of each spacer. how can I can the bolt out without damaging the engine block?

Don't know how much you have to work with there, but you need to get you some PB blaster (available at Auto Zone). Soak the inside of that dude, and let it set overnight. Come the next morning, try knocking it out with a shaft of some sort and a bf hammer. Smack it a few times, and if it doesn't move, spray some more PB in there again. The key is letting this stuff do its magic. I had the same problem by the way.
