Nice dogs. Anyone know why their right front leg is up like that? I seen dogs do the same thing on hunting shows too.

I just bought a purebred chocolate lab a couple weeks ago . He's only 14 weeks old , but I'm going to start training him as soon as all the snow is gone . I bought him for the purpose of having a gun dog ..... his pedigree has North American Field Champions in it for 4 generations , so it's in his blood .

my dog doesent hunt, but he will fetch a tenis ball till his feet wear off. Im serious, he wont give up. As long as you keep throwing it he will go get it, and find it to. its fun to get him looking the wrong way and throw it, that way he cant see where it lands. He will search for hours till he finds that stupid ball.

I have a purebread walker( texas ranger:D )foxhound that we dont hunt but we know the people who breed them and they said that theres are very good hunting dogs, mine is a very fast dog and is always catching rabbits and other little animals that come into the yard.

Its called pointing. Its just basically what it is, the're pointing at something. When there was someone's dog over at my house, it saw a butterfly and pointed in the direction the butterfly was. Then she attacked it. You cant teach them this, they just learn it. I think they could also be waiting:confused:
