confused on jetting

Ok my new HMF pipe is going to be getting here....when i get it i kno ill probly have to rejet....which jet do i have to change and how do i do it? also my engine seems to run hot now , how do i get it a little richer to cool it down?

Too rich will also cause it to run hot. Personally, I tune w/ a combination of SOTP feel, throttle response and plug reading.

you will need to change the main jet, the one right behind the HUGE bolt on the bottom of the carburetor... I used a dynojet kit, so i dont know what single jet to use... I would pick a size that is 1 or 2 sizes higher, change your plug, run it for about 30 mins, check the plug... if its a tan or brown you are good, if its white you need to keep going up in sizes and if its black, go down a size...

To get it to cool down for a 440, run higher octane gas, 110/93 mix, or get a bigger oil cooler or air scoops, etc.

well i took my spark plug out and it had a lot of oil on it...also is the plug a b i t c h to get out all the time? what makes it easier to get out? i had a rought itme doin it
