400 EX Cylinder

Looking for a useable cylinder for a Honda TRX 400EX. No bigbores or ones already needing a resleeve. A small bore and go would be good!

I have a stock bore thats in decent shape....$150 shipped....

Its never been bore, Stock size. It came out of a low hour 2003, and the motor was never messed with. Studs ain't much of an issue on stock motors...

I forgot what size bore comes on a stock 400ex...

2001 Honda TRX400EX Cylinder

This cylinder is in good condition.
It is at 86MM which will make your bike a 406.
One of the bolts is stripped that holds on the cam chain tensioner. Easy fix. Get the cam chain tensioner free with the cylinder.
We also sell the piston kit and gasket kit that you will need to put this on your bike.
