electric problom help!!!!!

can someone tell me what would cause my raptor to completely lose power when i hit the start button.sometimes the lights will be brite go to start and loss everything and the battery is good. please help!!!!!

sounds like a bad ground or a bad connection. check the wires on the battery and check your ground and clean them up.

Check the connections on the battery. One was loose on mine, and it would do the same thing.

check the grounds and the battery connections all good. this is what i got. when i hite the start button power goes out then i turn the key off and then on and the lights are dim for afew moments and then brite again.when i try to start it with the lights off i get a buzzing noise from the relay and the temp light flickers. please help !!!!!!!!

idk :confused: ...But that buzzing noise and not starting, is what happened to me when the battery connection was loose.

the battery connects are tight must be something deeper. any other suggestions would be great thanxs:confused:

clean all the connections and make sure everything is tight, my quad was doing it to and it happend to be the connection on the selonoid was lose

it turned out that the starter shorted out and smoked the battery. i got a starter and a battery and im back on the trails thankx for the help
